Workforce of the Future As robotic solutions are growing to mainstream use, we need to look how to embed the robots in our working environment, how to provide our workforce with new skills to operate the robots, and many more challenges coming up to address.
Women In Robotics Robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) are by far one of the most exciting and emerging sectors in the world, with many women serving as experts, professionals, researchers, and students in the academia, who are constantly delivering new technological breakthroughs in this field.SPRINT Robotics has spearheaded a new initiative, Women in Robotics, to encourage women working in the I&M robotics industry from various professional backgrounds and career phases to flourish even further. Our primary goal is to expand and grow our network of women who are making a difference and are involved and passionate in the advancement of various technologies used in the inspection and maintenance field, such as robotics, drones, mixed reality, and automation. The group organizes local and globally staged networking events and mentoring programs, as well as offering a venue for women in the industry to come together and share experiences and engage with one another.
