Where is your company based and how many employees does your company have? 

We are a talent- and innovation-led company with approximately 743,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries and headquarter in Dublin, Ireland. 

What have you appreciated most about being a member of the SPRINT Robotics Collaborative? 

Latest news on hardware solutions, insights into solution adoptions from different use cases and verticals regarding viability and feasibility. 

How would you describe your company culture in just 3 words (and more)?

What makes your company stand out? 

We work end to end, combine industry & technology expertise and deliver globally. Unbiased advisory services, hard-/software integration, run &operate IT/OT solutions. We deploy and run robots & drones, and setup data management & digital twin & AI solutions, integrate existing enterprise systems from all major vendors while ensuring process integration maximum value creation and strategy fit.

Which developments in I&M robotics are you most excited about? 

Enterprise ready solutions for fully autonomous robotics and drone inspections solutions, i.e. robot in residence deployments with automated hangars and docks and remote and BVLOS operation, advanced data analysis for automated decision making and options for remote teleoperation for manipulation to enable simple routine task execution.

What is the greatest challenge that your company has faced in I&M robotics? 

The vertical isolation of individual industries but also of use cases within industries is barrier for successful scaling. The missing standardization across all layers (hardware, software, fleet management, data storage, data analysis etc) makes it difficult to integrate various solutions.
